So far I'm on track with my goal of one poem a day for the April 2019 NaNoWriMo and NaPoWriMo challenges. I was stuck for inspiration so I clicked on random article on
Wikipedia. Here is an excerpt from my first poem:
Abbey Bridge Airfield
Palestinian-Christian Jesus stood on the carpet
Where Luftwaffe Angels once took to their wings.
He'd just come from the Olympics where athletes competed for medals;
He competed for lives.
